1- “I am so busy during the day so I grabbed a Hot Pocket” or 2- “I have the cookies and cakes in the house because of the kids”, or 3- “I am not that creative when cooking so I like the frozen dinners because they are easy”, or 4- “I just don’t know what to eat or what to buy when I go shopping”.

Just because you are busy does not mean that you need to treat your body badly. You will always be busy so does that mean you will always be stuck in the body you don’t feel comfy in? You just need to prepare and gain some confidence with your nutritional habits.
