Helpful Class Information

Moving into 2015 we are happy that we are experiencing higher class attendance and with more attendance comes more organization on our end to ensure that our clients and members are provided with the best service possible for all situations that may arise.

Here are some studio class policies and some helpful information as of February 1^st 2015…

Indoor Shoes:

To help keep our studio clean we require all clients and members to wear indoor only sneakers.  It helps keep our floors clean and fresh for each client and member. 

Reservations:

All clients and members are to reserve their classes online with their own login and username prior to attending class.  You may be able to reserve classes up until 15 minutes prior to the start of class.  Classes are available for reservation 14 days prior.  Class membership only, please note that you will not be able to schedule classes for the following month until the 1st of the month.  This is because membership dues are taken on the 1^st and need to be activated.

Attendance: 

Classes are active once we have 2 or more members reserved.  The studio does reserve the right to cancel a class 8-24 hours prior given the circumstances.

Class Arrivals:

The class time on our schedule is the actual start of the class so members should arrive 3-5 minutes prior to class to allow for proper set up of class equipment and so class may start on time.  Once our classroom door is closed unfortunately members are not permitted to enter.  Arriving at the start of class or later is considered a late arrival and may interrupt the class flow and we are trying to respect everyone’s schedule and time.  Class warm ups are also very important for the safety of all members and is mandatory to keep members safe J

Late Arrivals & Class cancelations:

Skinnyschool Westford cancellation policy requires clients and members to cancel a class reservation at least 8 hours prior to the start of class.  For early morning classes before 9:00am, cancelations must be done so by 8:00pm the night before.  This policy will be enforced to allow your fellow Skinnyschoolers who may be on a waitlist a chance to join in on our classes.  Late arrival/cancelation result in a lost class for package members and late cancelation fee of $23 for unlimited membership members.

Wait List:

If we have a wait list for class, you then you will be notified 30 minutes prior to the class start if you were enrolled via our automated system.
